Hot Breads - Delighting Christmas Cakes In Chennai

Cakes are the most tasted on this season ??? what ?? ho ho Christmas season has started and this season each & everyone will hunt for the best cakes in and around. Hot Breads in Cathedral Road,Chennai has invited for tasting the special Christmas delicacies.

Hot Breads,Chennai, A very known best bakeries in Chennai. As we entered the event dine-in room we have been offered with a Cup of Hot coffee. It was a delightful serve. some of the Christmas special we have tasted are Rich Premium plum cakes, Minced pies, Walnut cake, Dundee cake, Plum pudding & Rich fruit cake.

One of the main Christmas specialities are rich plum cakes. I guess Hot breads has got the best plum cakes in chennai. The representatives from Hot Breads has clearly explained us about the making of all of these cakes. They have had an interesting fact about how they intially prepare for plum cakes. The main ingredients like plum and raisin are well cured in Rum for more than 6 months & then its prepared for baking with all natural ingredients. We have been served with premium plum cakes. Once i tasted it i should say that its the best plum cake with its texture and taste. In a single piece of plum cake there were lots of plums & raisins. The texture of the cake is soft and well pluffy. The taste of the cake is awesome.

Also Hot Breads are specialists in egg-less plum Cakes too.

One of the much known Christmas special are Minced Pies. The pies were somewhat crunchy on the outer texture. The outer texture were tasty & crunchy. The inner stuff was so so sweet so it was quite good.     

Coming to the Walnut Cake, the cake is pluffy and had an nice texture with nuts and specialities. The cake was so nice and so tasty. The walnut cakes were Good & Great.

And then we were served with Hot Breads Chef speciality Cappuccino mousse & Chocolate mousse. Every bite of these mousse were soft, tempered, delight, rich and awesome. Its a Much Needed to Taste one

The Don pepe Restaurants known for the Mexican delights. Its been handled by the most experienced Chef Vasu. 

Coming to the Mexican dish we have been served with Veg Nachos & Non-Veg Nachos. I tasted With Non-veg Nachos. It was so creamy With crispy corn & Chicken. It was a yummy dish and tasty too. 

Guys try all Mexican Dishes as its tasty and most yummy ones !! 

For this Christmas, The Hot Breads has initiated a initiative for social cause to rebuild Chennai. The initiative been named as Share & Care. As A part Hot Breads Will share a part of Profit For Charity !!

#DinnerAtDeccan Food Bloggers Meet - Deccan Plaza Hotels Chennai

On 12/12/2015 Deccan Plaza hotels, Chennai has organised food bloggers and influencer's meet. The event named as #DinnerAtDeccan .It was a special evening we met many influential persons and introduced to new bloggers, got new experience and climaxed with a great dinner.

 The event kicked off at 7.00pm exactly and started enthusiastically with a Blasting speech by Mr.Balaji Vijayraghavan Digital Marketing Consultant-Alterego Communications. With everyone introduced themselves & Expressed the views of social media how it has helped in Chennai Floods & Rescue Operations & Also he congratulated the humble hearts who have served for it ! At a finishing note he invited Mr.Vikas Chawla For the presentation.

Nearly 30-40 Influencer's & Blogger's have been present at the meet & we have been served with beverages and snacks.

Mr.Vikas Chawla- Co-founder Of Social Beat ignited his speech welcoming the bloggers and speakers. He presented the presentation about digital marketing & its features.A Serious discussion was thrown upon Influencer Marketing. Many valuable points have been discussed whole throughout the presentation. He also strongly stated that Content Marketing plays a major role in the digital marketing era,If content sets the strategy then it needs nothing to repute.Also we discussed various ways how to get influential. some points like when we head a blog with whacky names gets featured easily.The influencer's were onto the mobiles and devices tweeting up the session too.Many insights have been presented and explained the views of it. He also explained whats the content means and how the content should be designed in such a way that it will reach the viewers. And Its time for the panel discussion with celebrity bloggers Mr.Nivedith Gajapathy, Mr.Hrish Thota, Mr.Aravind Balakrishnan. Mr.Balaji Vijayraghavan shooted out many questions based on influencer marketing, blogging and their experiences.

Many discussions were rounded about the blogging in different interceptions & criteria's, expectations of the viewers.The Twitter expert Mr.Nivedith Gajapathy did patiently answered all the questions thrown to him. after this discussions they shared about their experiences on their travel & what they do's and dont's !! And at this moment we have trended on Twitter !!

After this Successful trending and discussions. We have got the job to do. After finishing off the speeches we all headed to the dinner. Its time for tasty food. Many varieties of foods have been kept in front of us.we all drooled over it and started tasting the foods.

Hot piping Dosa has been served. Pasta varieties were there and were served hot according to your taste. Desserts like Gajar Ka Halwa,Rasamalai were the best. I loved the taste and enjoyed it more. most of all food was average, ambience was also average but fine,Deccan hotels must need to look after this.They need to develop more on serving styles. Successfully the meetup was good & great.
